On Saturday June 3rd, Tallwood High hosted their Senior Prom at the Aviation Museum

Before the event, Richard Ruffin, Senior Varsity Football player said,, “I’m excited for the moment. Especially because this marks the end of high school.”

Ada Figueroa, Sophomore Competition Cheerleader said, “I’m excited for the dancing.”

Some were excited to see how their peers will appear.

Monye` Augustus, Senior at Tallwood High School says, “I’m excited to see everyone slay and come together for a good time.”

Along with the anticipation, there comes expectations of how Prom will run. The expectations that give the event its climactic build up.

“I’m expecting really good music and an unforgettable experience,” says Augustus.

Of course, some want to have a good time with minimal complications.

“I expect for it to be clean, organized, and with no drama,” says Figueroa.

The Seniors have a way of making events interesting whether it be sporting events, Senior fun night, or just simple gathering events. There are some who are expecting for Prom to be fun.

Ruffin says, “I expect it to be fun, our class has a way of spicing things up.”

Prom night was held on June 3rd, and it was a night to remember. It is the trademark and one of the major milestones of Senior year.
