What Does the school yearbook mean to you? The yearbook is what most students look forward to when going through the school year and also one of the most expensive things that you could buy from a school. The yearbook may just seem like a book with photos, but the yearbook has different meanings to it.

“We earn 20 community service hours & I feel like it’s a good source of learning how to market things,“ said Lincey Chu, a senior attending Tallwood High School.

The yearbook comes with many things when in the process of making it .Schools try to make it fun and entertaining in the process of making the yearbook.

“It’s tough because there are a lot of people joining, and they have to learn everything,”said Lincey Chu. The process is difficult overall, but the most difficult part is instructing the newbies who joined the yearbook club.

Yearbooks have a lot of meaning to them, from the memories, individual achievements, and, most importantly, celebrating the spirit of the school community. Capturing moments frozen in time,Creating memories that can only be seen again from opening the yearbook.

“What are some things the people outside of the yearbook club might not understand?” I asked Mr. Goldstine, the tech for Tallwood High School. He responded with “how much work goes into it and the fine details.”

Mr. Goldstine stated the goal of the year book this year  is “to create a remember roll for students“ applying with the achievements students have done, examples like sports and even enduring a club.

“It’s nice to know you’re doing something for the school and the community,” said Lincey Chu.
