At a December 20 ceremony in the Schola after school, Global Cultures and AP Human Geography teacher Jessica Windish received the Tallwood High School Teacher of the Year award.  She was additionally recognized as a Distinguished Educator with fellow teachers Tawnia Dossett, Lisa Walker, and Lyudmyia Yuzhbabenko.
