Scream Queens recently aired its first episode of its second season “Scream Again.” This season takes place many years after the Season one finale. Zayday (Keke Palmer) finds herself meeting again with The Channels at a new hospital owned by Cathy Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis). This season also adds two new main characters Dr. Cassidy Cascade (Taylor Launter) and Dr. Brock Holt (John Stamos). They are both mysterious characters who seem to be hiding secrets of their own which will hopefully be revealed as the season continues.

This season’s serial killer is the “Green Meanie” which is a swamp like monster who haunts the hospital. Once again Scream Queens has the perfect blend of horror and comedy. The first patient in Munsch’s hospital is a woman who has a disorder where her body is fully covered with hair. The first patient’s treatment is a success and gives a positive outlook for the hospital. However, things can only be so good for so long, the ending of the episode is truly horrifying. It ends in a cliffhanger where the Swamp Monster is shown slashing someone …or something. I am very excited for this upcoming season because it seems to be very intriguing and may even be better than the first season.
