The benefits of sports in people’s lives is what causes sports to be so popular. Sports are really popular not just in America but the whole world. Sports is where people unite together to watch their favorite teams. There are so many opportunities people have to go outside and find a sport that they like to play. Whether it’s professionally or not there are rec leagues and tournaments that anybody can sign up for and be able to play. Parents should get their children involved in sports when they are young so they can grow up playing for their school teams; it’s a good way to get their child involved, And that sports could be that child’s passion and they could grow up playing that sport.
Sports cause people to have fun and interact with others. That’s why people keep playing and coming back to play their favorite sports. There are many benefits to playing sports. You get the good exercise that everybody needs. Getting good physical activity has a “profoundly positive impact on depression, anxiety and it also relieves stress, improves your memory, helps you sleep and boosts your overall mood.” The benefits of playing sports are endless. Playing sports helps keep you well. That’s why more people should be doing it and why so many people do sports now.
The world cup is the world’s biggest sports event. Where countries face off every four years to try and win it all. With the last world cup with “FIFA claiming that 1.5 billion people watched the world cup”. It brings whole countries together and brings people together and unites people unlike any other sporting event. It truly is crazy how big and popular the world cup is around the world. Almost everybody talks about it when it does happen and seems to be the topic of every sports channel and even news channels. It’s almost as if everything else stops in the world and everyone is focused on that. Every four years the location of the world cup changes and can be a good way to visit the world and meet new people from all over the world.
The effects on sports as a whole are really good for people. Whether you’re just a beginner playing a sport or have been playing sports your whole life you are getting the benefits physically and mentally. It’s probably one of the best things you can do. While there are bad effects of sports like injuries, I believe that most of the effects of sports are for the better and sports have helped shaped the world.
Reflection
Cause and effect is a great way to see the benefits of what can happen, and you can choose what step you want to take next. Cause and effect is based on what happens and what the effect of that choice will be. It is easy to write about cause and effects if you do the research and see what the effects are after something happens. Take, for example, the causes and effects of hurricanes. Everyone knows that the effects of hurricanes are mass destruction and leaves the towns that the hurricane went through damaged or destroyed.
In the organizational structure essay above, I wrote about the effects of sports. In Tallwood especially, sports are a big part of the community and help build many valuable friendships with many people. Sports can help someone get out of their shell and can help them make many new friends that might last a lifetime. If you ask the athletes around Tallwood, I’m sure they would say the same. Without sports in Tallwood I would not know as many people as I do today, and I can call some of them my best friends I have met along the way.
