Katie enjoyed her time at Tallwood, she said she “Liked working at the pep rallies and helping with school, and even though it looks like she is running around super stressed out, she enjoys that environment and feeling.” We asked what she would tell the new freshmen and the freshmen going into sophomore year, and she stated “Try to get involved, it’s a good way to make new friends and meet new people around you.”
We also asked her what she would tell the juniors going into senior year and she said “I would personally take harder classes and a lot of seniors do but I did because I wanted to take time to do things and enjoy my senior year.” During the interview, she also mentioned that her time at Tallwood added up and she is now collecting eight cords.
Katie seemed to have thoroughly enjoyed her time at Tallwood and enjoyed participating in pep rallies and school events. She recommends new students and current students get involved as it comes with many benefits.
